If you want to stay with 18's and want a nice agressive, flush look for an excellent price....get the Coupe 18's. I will be putting those on for the winter with Blizzaks 235/45/18 all around. Obviously in your case you'd get high performance tires.

It depends if you want a staggered setup or all the same offset. Personally i would get all the same offset if you are going with the 18's so you can still rotate the tires, in turn giving them longer life. If your gonna go with 19's i would go with a staggered setup. +40mm offset up front and somewhere between 25-35mm offset out back.
Here is what I recommend if you're gonna get 19's staggered.
19x8.5 +35 to +38 w/ 245/35/19 front
19x9.5 +45 w/ 275/30/19 rear
Non-staggered:
19x8.5 +35 to +38 w/ 245/35/19 all around
