I had Progress adjustrable rear sway bar installed today. Takes about 30 minutes, no issues with clearance. Instructions call for detachment of front control arms-it is not necessary.
Cannot comment on performance yet, will take it autocrossing on Oct 2nd

Hey Alex,

I notice you have MB Quart installed, are you using the stock head unit or aftermarket? Did you compare it to BA and Dynaudio? I have a 05 x and want to upgrade the speakers to either MB, BA, or Dynaudio.
