Mobil 1 5W/30 for me.

I have no idea what Infiniti uses. I bet it varies from dealer to dealer.

I think ur wasting ur money on changing the oil every 2000 miles. With mobile one you can go 5000 plus miles before the next oil change. But this is just my opinion, do whatever u want to do.

I use mobil 1 every 5000 miles. I can go longer intervals with synthetic and it seems to boost gas mileage a bit. It has in all my cars... About 1 mpg.

Seems like no one uses Castrol Syntec, any reason? I was planning to change my oil soon 750 miles or so just to get the junk outta the engine. I think 10-30 Syntec Blend then to 5-30 Syntec is a good route. I've never been a Mobil fan for some reason.

Mobil 1 is full synthetic. The only reason i change every 2000 miles is because i get the oil at cost so its cheap and just to be safe. I wouldnt switch to synthetic blend until 1,200 miles or the piston rings wont seal and then you'll have a problem. Wait til atleast 1,200 i waited till 2000 and then went with full syn.

SyperSyn is full synthetic, you can by non synthetic mobil oil. I use mobil 1 5W-30 synthetic, my dad has used it for the past 15 years or so and he always gets 200K miles on his engines. It's great stuff
