Help me pic my rims! (pics/links appreciated)

(sorry if this is a dupe post in anyway, but with so many posts it is hard to search the entire DB to make sure.... but that being said, I did try to sift through old posts to find info but most was indirect...)

Anyway,

I just got a 2003.5 G35 Sedan in Diamond Graphite (pewter)

I plan on dropping the car with H-techs or Eibach Prokit & putting on an Aero Kit.

Was hoping you guys could give me some rim suggestions, I am leaning
towards something in a dark gunmetal finish to match the body

anyone have good ideas or pictures of a similar setup?

Thanks so much,

Sash

You might want to search some more, or give people some more specifics as to what you want (price range, style of rim, etc.). I haven't had any bad luck finding rims on this forum...just search around. I've gotten a lot of great info. by doing same. Good luck.

There is a sticky at the top of the page called "show me your wheels". Look at the member under the name "vrsc" who IMHO has some of the best looking wheels for a diamond graphite sedan.

Black center wheels with a chrome lip look would look good with your color car.

CORRECTION MY CAR COLOR IS DESERT PLAT.

Here are the wheels I am thinking about

HP EVO 19's
Wheel Specs:

Size: 19" x 8.5" and 19" x 9.5"
Pattern: 5x114.3
Lip Size: 3" polished
Lip Size: 3-1/2" polished
Offset: +38
Color: Hyper Silver Dark

Can you guys help me work out what tire sizes are right?

My G has a 1.1" drop from Eibach Pro Kit springs.

The shop is suggesting
(2) 235/35/19 Hankook K104 92Y 280/AA/A
(2) 265/30/19 Hankook K104 92Y 280/AA/A

Is that a good way to go?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You will want a 45mm offset on a 9.5" wide rim in the rear, the use of a 265 tire will help. But proceed only if you are commited to having to cut or roll the rear fender lips.
