To all:
As I have several unfinished posts concerning these topics - I finally got my car back from the dealer and concerning the above problems and these issues have been resolved permanently. Nissan has redesigned the window seals to eliminate the window squeaking/ticking, and has also redesigned a suspension component to eliminate the suspension squeak w/cold. Keep in mind that these issues were for my '05 G35x [Mfg July 05] and that these fixes may not apply to your year vehicle - but I'd be surprised if they do not.
The following is verbatim off the work order from the Infiniti dealer:
--------------------------------------------------------------
Issue:
Customer states hears creaking in front end when 1st put in gear when cold
Resolution:
R&R R/F Tension Rod
Parts:
ROD COMPL-COMPRESSIO-54469-AQ301
NUT-ROAD WHEEL-40224-V5510
Issue:
Customer states hears a popping noise from passenger front and passenger rear windows
Resolution:
Misc Body-BodyM
Parts:
GLASS RUN RUBBER-FRO-80330-AL511
GLASS RUN-RUBBER-REAR-82330-AL501
--------------------------------------------------------------
Concerning the new window seal, there is now a felt strip that is permanently installed in the window track of the seal that the window sits against. One can see the felt by simply inspecting this track with a bright light. Also, only my passenger windows were ticking - however Nissan has re-designed all the windows seals and I'll be replacing the driver side if need-be.
I also had the TSB done on the clock finisher/center stack - and the TSB done on insulating certain points of all door panels to eliminate the buzzing noises.
How wonderful it is to drive now w/out hearing the windows tick or here the suspension creak when cold or buzzing of the door panels - my car is now completely rattle free and the car is rock solid even over rough roads.

I'm getting my 03.5G back tonight from the dealer for the same issues. The front end rattle/loose sound/squeak was fixed by replacing the compression rods.
They couldn't reproduce the slight rattle I sometimes hear in the closed window glass.
It was nice that they gave me a new 05 to try out for the day.

It is my experience that, Infiniti dealers will perform a given TSB, if and only if, you show it to them. After 12 months, they will not fix any rattles under warrenty without a TSB.
I have had the driver side window TSB worked on twice and it keeps coming back.
I was simply hoping that you remembered the specific number that worked for you.
Oh well.....

I could not find where the quoted TSB mentioned anything about the window seals.. just door panel removal and cloth tape application...
