Technically, yes. If you sign a waiver that says you consent to a "one hour electrical check" or something of the like, it's their way of trying to get you to pay for an hour of service outside of warranty. Just make sure it's clear up front- say "This is warranty work, so I expect no charge. Please call me for consent if you feel you will need to incur any" and you're a$$ is covered.

to tell u the truth, im not sure. there's a weird cracking noise coming from my back wheel. i suspect that something is wrong with the suspensions, since whenever i step on the gas pedal and the back of the car lowers, the noise occurs. so im pretty sure it should be covered by warranty, and hopefully it will be.
