No you didn't. Feeling the guilt yet?

The 5-series is not an entry-level luxury performance sedan. It's a full-blown luxury performance sedan. It has things standard that aren't even optional on a G35. It goes up against the Q45 in terms of features.

I don't know why people keep trying to push the Aston Martin v. Yugo argument. Hey, look! My Yugo gets better gas mileage, doesn't have any extra features in it capable of breaking, and as for residual value.. the scrap metal alone is worth 50% of MSRP! Beat that!

Re: G vs 5 series BMW

They have similar wheelbase lengths and G is faster and handles similarly as 525/30. Comps are inevitable as some people are cross shopping these cars. What are these great standard features-soft return oh shiiit handles? .... (which i'll like). The 5 is superior as i told shaipro but i can't imagine giving up the driving experience of G let alone 10-20K in cash.

I didn't want to work today so i could argue anything

I'm currently "between jobs" -- so I don't have to keep checking over my shoulder for the boss. Bring it on.

Damn dude - sorry to hear than unless you are really enjoying it in which case when you go bak to work I'll say sorry you are working again.

I better get back to work or I'll be with you in blissful yet costly unemployment. G's are hard to pay for on an unempolyment check.

It's actually the right time for it to happen, considering other things that are going on right now. It would be nice to be gainfully employed about a month from now.
