Post G35 coupe project car

Does anyone here have a G that has been rebuilt or has bought one that needs to be rebuilt? And rebuilt themselves? I found one here locally, and can get it real real cheap.
It is an 04' coupe AT.
Ita has been hit in the front, both air bags and driver side curtain deployed.
Frame apprears to be pretty much undamaged.

My question is What would be the down side of buying a repairable G35 other that it would have a salvaged title And the money to put into it??

If you have access to a repair shop and can do most of the repairs yourself then go for it, otherwise you will find it can get very expensive paying other people to fix it.
