Too slow and I need a big car with four doors. I only ran my SRT once in crappy conditions and ran a 13.1. SRT's with a good track run high 12's stock and I don't think I know of another big sedan in this price range that can do that.

Nor would I expect problems at 18,000. And that begs the question why so many are having problems, squeeks, and rattles in the G's in that time frame. I know I did and I'm wondering why as well. Too much money for those kind of "Sentra" problems...
I get decent gas mileage in my 05 G35X....Maybe you didn't give it enough time to break in to actually get better gas mileage

Going back on topic.

What about Technosquare's solution:

"Drive By Wire Adjustment
Throught our testing we found, the drive by wire system was program to never fully open (throttle flap) when you smash the accelerator pedal. In fact, it actually closes the closer you get to the rev limiter, by as much as 20%. This restricts air into the motor and causes HP and Torque numbers to go down. We have remapped this setup so when you go wide open throttle, the throttle flap fully opens and STAYS open, increasing HP and Torque."

Maybe put in a 1/2" MD plenum spacer? I think that'll give you 10-14 more hp @ the fly.....1/2" is better for high-end power...smaller one is better for low end.

They might be the same part, but some how didn't work on my X.

Tried that ME Spacer before & after S/C (0.5" before & tried 5/8 after),
in both cases my X lost power.

Lost power on the butt-dyno or on a true dyno?

the plenum spacer increases the volume of your plenum...I don't see how you could be losing power. It's not a different motor in the X, guys...

So instead of switching lanes like a normal driver, you sped up to 130mph? Congratulations, you're the reason people who drive import cars get a bad name.

I'm not saying I'm not down for a little highway fun every now and then, but obviously there was traffic, or the "ford turus or chevy pickup" behind you would've just went around. Not the sharpest crayon in the shed are ya?

I have gone to pass long lines of slow traffic before as well, and gone fast enough, but id rather be going 130mph getting out of the lft lane, than sitting there at 70 waiting to get hit by oncoming traffic.
