resurrecting an old thread because I have the same question and didn't want to start a new one... anyone had any luck with aftermarket tips on the coupes? looks like a nice cheap mod if it works, for example:

As said above, if you just want better looks (i.e. no performance or sound gains) you can have a local muffler shop cut your tips off and weld on new ones. You could even buy tips online and have them do it.

yea I just like the look of the flame treated tips... i looked at my coupe tips yesterday and it looks like they would need to be cut... i'll stop by a muffler shop this week and get more details
