Supposedly the GReddy 350 can be tuned to 417HP...The prototype that was running around at the shows was actually just using a couple of small Mitsubishi turbos but supposedly GReddy is nearing completion now of the actual set-up : 2 TD05-18G turbochargers, 2 Type S Wastegates, 2 SST Turbo Manifolds, 2 Air'inx Air Filters, a 3-Row Front-Mount Intercooler, and e-Manage Engine Management...The e-Manage system requires the purchase of software and adapter, and once you get that you may as well purchase the PRo-fec e-01 unit...The dyno runs are with the Evolution exhaust installed...

I've said it before and I'll say it again- if they make it for the VQ35DE you can make it work for the sedan...You don't need to wait when a new component comes out and hope it works for the sedan...If there is a fitment issue it can be overcome =), just takes a little know-how, some experience, and experimentation...My G is in pieces right now, getting camshafts installed, pistons, and a lot of other work...I didn't get parts "for the sedan", I got parts for the VQ35DE...

I do release that it is the same engine though several integral parts are different. I love this car but I really do feel it needs at least a 50hp bump and I am not a guy who would buy a lot of little bolt ons to get there. I will get an exaust as soon as good one comes out. I also do want some semblence of a warranty however.

Well, that's the problem right there- you can't really expect to have the best of both worlds...You need to choose to respect the manufacturer's warranty or take the risk and mod the car...Intake, exhaust, and ECU will not give you a 50HP bump...And I'm doing a bunch of little bolt ons either...I don't consider replacing major engine components such as pistons and camshafts bolt-ons...And once the turbo kit becomes available that's hardly a bolt-on either, in my opinion...This being a promotional company vehicle I could care less about a warranty, but that's how I've always been with any car I've owned...You have to sacrifice one or the other for large HP gains- the warranty or the improved performance...
