Best setting is subjective..... I first set both front and rear at the firmest setting, hole closest to the bar. No body roll whatsoever. After reading Q45tech's comments about sway bars, I moved the front bar to the lightest setting, hole furthest away from the bar. No Understeer any more! You will probably want to experiment with various setting.

So you are running front-soft and rear-high. How long have you been running this setting?

I wouldn't say that there is a "best setting" but I honestly think that you have to play around with it and see what feels good to you because we all drive differently. Med/Med is a starting point... then just play around. Adjusting and going to test them will be time consuming but well worth it since we do have the adjustability available to us.

I have mine at med/med on my coupe but if I was running different springs, shocks, wheels and tires I may have gone with different settings.

^ As Chris said, it really relies on how your suspension mods compliment one another, and your driving style. I'm running staggered 19's, Tein coilovers, and my Stillen sways were set at Soft F/Medium R. However, I'm going to set them to Medium/Medium the next time I have a chance to get under my car.

Like everyone said, adjustable sway bars are meant as a tool to fine tune your suspension according to YOUR driving style and goals. With that said start off on med/med since your running the OEM sport suspension. Then experiment if you wish.

I just had mine installed today, front soft, rear stiff. Will keep you posted on my opinion. Currently running OEM shocks.

G Sedans understeer pretty badly (supposedly for safety purposes), so it's crazy not to try to offset this with your swaybar settings. Definitely go firmer in the rear than the front.
