I have some people tell me that soft-front and high - rear for models with OEM Sport suspension. Also this setting would eliminate understeer.

I just got my Stillen sways on and they are med/med but so far I don't like it. I think I'm going to try Soft/Med.

This is horrible advice. This can lead to snap-oversteer and unpredictable at-limit behavior, and isn't the safest or most practical setting to use. Soft F/medium R is an excellent starting point, and if you feel like you want to make the car a bit more neutral medium F/medium R is a great step.

Your '06 sports springs are the same as other OEM sport setups.

so would you say the 350z suspension is pretty close to sport sedan suspension? because im going from a nonsport suspension to z suspension so i wasnt sure how the ride is with sport verses 350z.

I was about to post up in agreement.

Soft front and hard rear would get pretty twitchy. Not to mention in the rain.

I have the OEM sport suspension, and med/med seems to give excellent balance/neutrality around corners...

Remember - most aftermarket sways (including Stillen) are already setup to be stiffer in the rear than oem, compared to the front. So a med/med setting still stiffens up the rear more than it does the front (comparatively).

In other words, a med/med setting reduces the understeer considerably, even though both bars are on the "same" setting (med).

Thanks for the advice. I will use med-front & rear. Would I need an alignment after the sways are installed??

I have had soft/front hard/rear sut up for close to 2 years now. Never once has the rear end swung out. Its very balanced thru the turns.
