i bought the new inner reverse lamps. don't really know how to change them?

can you go public with that--It may help others (me included)

 

make it a sticky for a DIY. definitely looks good with the newer lights

 

its a very easy install. took me about 15mins. You just pop the trunk lid and remove the fabric shell on the inside of the trunk lid and most of the plastic screws (im not sure what there called) just pop up with a flathead screw driver. Then unplug the wires going to the reverse lights and unscrew then housing. It will be a little stuck at first but just push out. And thats pretty much how I remember it.

 

If someone can host the Install Guide, ill email it to them. The guide outlines how to install both the reverse lights and brake lights. (use to be linked in the DIY section but the web site I had it on got closed out)

i dont think the 05 reverse lights flow with the 03/04 tails

 

The flow quite nicely imo.

the 03/04 tails have lines with in the light, the 05 inner lights are just solid red

i think the circular reverse light looks better but not together wit the 03/04 lights

 

I don't think mixing them up looks bad, I just like the looks of the complete conversion better. To me the full conversion looks more complete.

 

i like the circular reverse lights with the 03/04 brake lights. IMO it looks good.

 

don't like the circles and linear tail lights together
