Thumbs up Jim Wolf Tech Clutch, PP and Aluminum Flywheel installed

Well, I have put 300 miles on this combo so far. I'm extremely pleased with the complete package. The clutch pedal is a little stiffer but nothing too extreme. The aluminum flywheel makes NO noise. I have not gotten on it yet. I'll take it to the track in another 200 miles. Hopefully next Sunday. We'll see if the lightened flywheel (14 pounds lighter than stock) helps any. Then it's Motordyne MREV time

The lightened flywheel should see some sort of improvement at the track, though it might prove more difficult to launch. I bet it revs lightening quick compared to stock now Take it easy on the clutch though, even at 500miles of break in.

It took a little while to get used to the different set up. I actually stalled the car leaving the dealership . It reminded me of when I was 13 learning how to drive a stick......Now, I've gotten the hang of it again and can launch more aggressively than ever. Pre set up resulted in 2.2 60ft's. I'm hoping for consistant 2.0 now.

Was it a JWT flywheel or another brand you went with?

Just had mine installed yesterday! Loving it so far but haven't been able to really drive it yet! The "cement mixer" is really slight and can be heavily reduced by proper gear selection. For example, at a stop sign if I roll through in 2nd it will make a lil more noise then if i took off in first from a stop. Basically it sounds like a slightly amplified stock setup.....closest i would compare is if you you were able to leave a stop from 3rd gear (stock) that noise is probably like a 2nd gear roll through with the JWT. Hopefully that makes sense.

So minimal!!!

Can't wait until its broken in!!!
