2005 Sedan HKS Exhaust Question

Ok guys I am unclear on whether I have to Buy that bracket that is sold on everythingg35.com to hang a muffler. Does this apply only to the G35X or to all Sedans???

I have the HKS on order and dont want to be disappointed when installing it.

Please get back to me ASAP as I want to get this resolved before the muffler comes in.

Thanks.

Ok thanks, thats what I wanted to know.

Now does anyone have any pics of it installed, or what it looks like?

Is it possible to fabricate?? I am very good with metal and welding.

Thanks again

Hey! You've got the full blown version of my screen name!

I may have the abbreviated version, but I'm still the original.

Just to clarify:

It is necessary for all 2005 or later Sedans... not 2003/2004. FWIW. IMHO.

TTYL!

Just make sure they send you TWO rubber hangers with the kit. I had to PAY for another to make it work.

Picts of the exhaust overall (either '04 or '05), or picts. of the mods/hanger brackets needed for the '05 + ? If you're looking for overall picts, I started a thread a few weeks ago w/ a bunch of shots (search for threads started by me & you'll find it).

well thanks for all the help guys

HKS is already on the way and I spoke to Everythingg35.com and I made sure they included the rubber hangers for the bracket....

I will try to post up some clips of the exhaust after install, probably sometime next weekend (15th/16th)

You are going to LOVE this muffler! It's girlfriend/wife safe, but loud enough at WOT to sound great!
