VDC issues

I'm having some issues with the VDC. it's always turning off. now i know that one of the g35 features is to shutoff the vdc when there is excessive wheel slip, but this shutoff stuff is really frequent. i'd be driving conservatively for about 3 minutes, then the vdc light goes on, my slip light goes on, and my abs system light goes on. it's happened to me while i was driving in an empty canyon run in malibu and i didn't notice. i came damn close to hitting a telephone pole 'cause of it. complete spinout on a 2 lane road. i mean, i wasn't driving conservatively at the time (late night with a couple friends in their cars), but it should not have shut off that easily. luckily it wasn't in the mountain section, but it's still extremely dangerous. i was wondering if anybody knew of why this is occuring or if anybody else had this problem. i tried searching for "vdc" but too many search results showed up. so any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: VDC issues

There is a recall for this. Same thing happend to me! Took it into the dealer, and they had it fixed in about an hour. Your Warranty will cover it.
