I was in LA last week doing some work for Performance Nissan and I met the owner, his son (who works there and races for the dealership), and the parts manager. I had no idea who Performance Nissan was. I saw that they had tons of 350Zs and told them I had a G35. We started BSing about cars, racing, the VQ35, how much of a POS the 6MT is, etc. They told me how their site got hacked and how much it has cost their customers and the company. The owner was very upset because he knew how easily it is to screw up someone's life when this stuff happens. They've lost a lot of money in terms of sales and fraudulent charges. I believe he said something like $50K in parts went out the door before they figured out what was happening. The FBI, FCC, police, etc have spent a lot of time at the dealership over the past few months. This was a huge deal.

I've never done business with them because I didn't know who they were, but after meeting them, they really do know their stuff about cars, how to set them up, and they are really sorry about what happened with the credit cards. They even let me see race 350Z and they even started up for me. The revs like a motorcycle with that 8lb flywheel in there.

^^^ yep, good place, good prices, good people and good selection of good stuff.

It is too bad that happened, but I will continue to buy from them - however I buy in person so that internet issue isn't a biggie for me... I feel for those that had to go through he hassle of canceling cards though.

Crappy pricing and no customer service unless you call. I'll ask you for all the info yourself customer service. I had to threaten to do a charge back before I got a tracking number that worked and it came 2 days after the itme arrived. 5 emails asking for a tracking number is outragous and then getting it after the 2 threating emails...7 total....No thanks. But it can't be all bad or can it..my card got stole...yes, it can go from bad to worse. I found the item cheaper elasewhere but too late it was already shipped right? Well with no email response I have no idea....I'm sorry we as customers had to deal woth the hacking issue.

^^^ Hmmm - well that sucks. Maybe it's because they are actually a dealership parts department. I haven’t had any problems in person... I guess they're getting their feet wet (so to speak) on Internet sales. I know they've been doing Internet for a while but they weren’t originally designed that way. They are just a dealer that has a good "performance oriented" parts department. The same way EverythingG35 is (I believe).
