The tire problem which was supposed to be fixed by now but who knows but if it's anything like the "fix" Nissan employed on the 05 sedans yet failed to do on the AWD versions, I don't have high hopes. There have been a few complaints about the transmission as well. Not a bad car... just not something I'd recommend.

Had a nice chat with one of the Infiniti showpeople. He tells me the one at the show is optioned with the Sports/Performance package which includes the 18 inch wheels and stiffer suspension. He also mentioned the car produces more than 300 hp from a dual intake and a true dual exhaust, and a differently modified VQ engine from the previous years. There's also 3 speakers each in the driver's side and passenger side doors.
