Re: Heated Seats / Thermostat

Discovered another good thing about the heated seats, my back had been bothering me some last weekend, so when I went out I turned the heat on the seat, that helped quite a bit!

Re: Heated Seats / Thermostat

I find that the heated seats on high work good. On low I don't feel it very much. What I do sometimes on my morning commute is I initially turn it on high. Then when it gets real nice and toasty I put it to low for the rest of the trip.

Re: Heated Seats / Thermostat

I did notice something funny for the 'High' setting. It appears to turn itself OFF after 10min. or so of operation. Toggling the switch OFF then back to ON seems to do the trick. On the other hand, the 'LOW' setting has no such issue.

The '04 (not certain w. the '03) manual does state the thermistat will turn the heat *on* or off. Maybe I have a 'funny' seat? Anyone else w. the same result?
