Fuel gauge, precise reading?
When I first got my car a full tank reading went to the "F"
After owning it for a while the float sensor (or whatever you want to call it) would only read to 3/4s of a tank.
After having it replaced, now it reads just like yours AlcatrazT2, past the "F".
"F" it, ill take it as is

CRU - I read your thread above...so what was the conclusion? Was your light on for quite a while? If there is a 2 gallon reserve once the light comes on and say you get 20 MPG, did you drive about 35 miles with the low fuel light on? (hence you had to put in 19.8 gallons to fill 'er back up again)....
