it will fit and sound oh so sweet.... i got one... +1 on the muffler adapter bracket from everythingg35.com....

if you can wait, do a price match using cardomain.com (thanks to jimmyc13)and you can get it for less....

go to hopupracing.com and they have it for $380....
follow cardomain's 105% low price guarantee rules and you should end up less than 420... maybe end up with about 400 plus or minus 5....

I agree but if i go for an entire exhaust i do not have space to keep the stock exhaust in my apartment and at the same time i do not want to throw it

It's not a hard install for a DIYer. You will need a new copper doughnut gasket and the 05" mount kit, but you can do it.

I'm lazy so the dealer did mine for 85 bux so any muffler shop should charge about half that.

BTW: YOU WILL love the sound! My WIFE loves the sound! You can't go wrong here.
