Problem is you have to show proof of mileage - yes some can be ambiguous but some has to be legit. Another problem, as in the U.S., "Home Business" line-item expenses automatically red-flags you for an audit. Not to say you will, but you are more likely to be audited making these kind of deductions than not.Originally Posted by max2k1
