Got a call today from my sales rep...my ordered G35x Premium, Platinum Ice has been delayed for about 4 weeks (from early November to early December)...I was shocked.

Then came the good news...

They have one in Blue Onyx, which was destined to be a demo car, but I could take it on Monday if I want.

Needless to say I was over the moon!

Went over to the dealer tonight. Took a few pictures and fired up the car...wow, what a feeling.

That's great! But how can you take the car on Monday before pricing is out? Or do you mean a week from Monday?

Perhaps "take it" in the sense of putting down a deposit, as opposed to drіving it home?

Are you even talking about the 2007 model? Blue Onyx, is that what it's called in Canada?

Canuck:

Did you hear anything else about the availability of your car? Seems like some of the Toronto dealers have some cars in. I have not heard anything from my dealer. I sent them an e-mail today. I wonder if anyone will release a car to a client before the October 25 unveiling...

I have not even taken delivery of the car and I’m already pissed off.
that sucks, . see what the dealer can do for you as an apology.

Canuck that's great news. Keep us posted and definitely post some pics when you get it.

RLampke, sorry to hear about the "error". Hopefully they do something for you to rectify the situation.

No, all I know is that it is on rail travelling across Canada somwhere. I would say it is close though. My dealer said they will NOT release any 07s to customers until after the launch on the 25th.
