How hard is it to copy from a frickin' CF card to a hard disk!!!!!!!!!!! Are you not supposed to use the CF drive to update the nav software? How can that happen without the ability to copy from the CF drive? It will take weeks to convert all our music from mp3's to wma files, burn to a cd and then rip to the hard disk. What are we missing here??!!!

If these limitations are correct, what a missed opportunity by Infiniti to get the MusicBox right...

I agree....
But like others have said, I'm sure it has to do with their fear of copyright issues.

While that may be the case, somehow Apple and every other company that makes an MP3 player allow it. It seems to me that this responsibility lies with the content providers not the hardware providers, and this is why purchased music is copy protected.
