Just had a gut feeling they would arrive today. I was going to go in earlier today but decided to wait a couple of hours. Good thing I did.

Enjoy the look.

Thanks. (As long as it isn't purple tinted. ) Went to Autport yesterday and couldn't see them. Never thought of heading to the dealer today.

Infiniti has done a GREAT job with this car.

The chasis is *much* more refined than the outgoing car & easily rivals BMW ( )
The interior... fantastic; & the seats
Navi is superb.. I could not get over the quallity of the graphics.
(luv the on screen rear view when backing up)

Driving..... pretty hard to ask for more than what this car provides.
Power & torque work very well with the chasis.
Yep, that sounds about right...

Ian, would you say that the new seats are as comfortable/supportive as the Coupe seats? I know that Daniel already said that he thought they were, but figured I would get your thoughts as well. The Coupe seats are sooooo comfortable.

Shane, I'll be surprised if they aren't more so.

They're better than the coupe seats.
Far more adjustability with the bolsters etc.... excellent seats & a *huge* improvement.
They are easilly as good as BMW sport seats.

Thanks Ian, that is such good news. I never found the seats in my 03 uncomfortable by any means, but after I drove Deane's Coupe I thought they were the cat's @ss!

Ian, is it possible the washi trim had some kind of plastic coating for protection prior to delivery? The pics around don't seem to show the yellowish hue you mentioned.

hmmm... maybe
I felt the trim on the console area... didn't feel like plastic.

The chrome bezel around the shifter was sharply contrasted to the trim.
this pic is pretty accurate...

Actually this pic is not accurate at all, I first thought the same thing until I looked at the real car, the trims are very bright silver toned. not yellowish at all.

I sat in the Graphite interior and Stone interior and I didn't see any yellowish tint in the aluminum trim.

Short of Photochop I don't see why the pic would be inaccurate, the PRND +/- shift lock are extremely clear and in focus...
