I mentioned in my review that we had taken some video. We have about 30 minutes of it posted to google video. Nothing real exciting; it shows a few new perspectives of the car - in person. Also, you can hear me complain about things like rattles in the current car, and the salesman talk over me at every opportunity.
EDIT - the embedded viewer apparently isn't being parsed correctly. Here's the full url:

Very cool video. I watched all 27 minutes too.
I'm glad to hear the chassis doesn't get upset when hitting expansion joints or other road imperfections, but it didn't seem like the engine was noticeably more powerful to you than any 03-06 G. That seemed to be the only "letdown" of the test drive.

Just got finished watching your whole vid Trey, great job bro.....props for sharing that with us. I know in your initial review that you said you couldn't hear the exhaust note much.........it sounded quite good to me.
Thanks again for sharing.

No problem man. But I hate to tell you; what you heard was not the exhaust note; that's the engine.

Great video. It was like I was in the car. The best real-world review on new G35 yet.
Don't care too much about the Bose stereo. I'm sure it's really nice system but the stock will do for me. I still don't get the idea of having audiophile grade stereo on a performance sport sedan...
I'll order G35 Sport without any option. Ivory Pearl with Graphite that is.
So the question still remain.
WHAT IS THE MSRP!!!!!!!

Trey, great video. To me, the sales guy could have been worse. At least he figured out he was dealing with a very knowledgable current G owner
. I finally get to test drive on the 26th (like many others on this board) and hopefully I can compare and contrast your criticisms with my own.

Yes, it's official. Ivory Pearl (Sport and 6MT) is available in Graphite interior.Originally Posted by vstrizheus

Even without any option, I guarantee that Ivory Pearl/Graphite with right amount of tint will looks like an above $40k car.

I guess I'm gonna have to get my wife the G35 Sedan Sport w/ Navi.... for the IP on Black combo.... depending on how much more the Sport vs non-sport costs...

Ztubes won't fit, unfortunately. The tube diameter for the new configuration is a bit smaller, though I don't know the exact dimensions.

Thanks Trey...awesome video. Can't wait to sit inside one!
Now for the unrelated question. The Hoover, AL mentioned...is that the same as the Hoover, AL that is home to the Hoover Buccaneers from MTV's "Two-A-Days"? Just wondering since I enjoy that show.
