Actually our cars will be here around the same time, if they progress with no more snags.

Shane can't your salesman plug in your VIN to see the present whereabouts of your red beauty . Thats what I had them do yesterday.
The weather here has been fantastic temperature wise, although it has been fairly wet. It sure beats snow though.

I shot off an email this morning to my salesman to see if there is any update on my car. I still have to find a way to sell my 03 as well, which has put a damper on my excitement towards the 07.

Shane, best wishes that you sell the '03 quickly, hope that doesn't cause a snag in getting your '07!

I got a response back from my salesman and my car is currently on rail from Los Angeles headed to Toronto. He expects it to arrive here on the east coast by the end of the month.

That's good news Shane, at least you now know where it is and when to actually expect it. At least the strike only delayed us by 2 weeks, it could have been much worse.

Off topic: my dad got his new FX45 yesterday, that thing is pretty damn quick He bounced off the rev limiter a couple times last night while driving it in manumatic mode.

Wow, that would be so nice to have an FX45 in the family. They are soooo sweet.

I can't wait to take it for a spin, I think he slept with the keys under his pillow last night. That will change soon though, he's going to want to take my G out even more than I want to drive his FX!

That's good news that they expect the car eom.

But did it go from Vancouver to LA??? Or did it arrive in Long Beach? Just sounds quite weird. I'd love to see the bill of lading!

From what I have been told, the ship was originally headed to Vancouver but was diverted to LA due to the strike. The cars were offloaded there and are being railed to Toronto. So, apparently my car never touched land in B.C.

Do you mean the red one in the background or the black one in front?

Good news Shane. I would be surprised if it wasn't here sooner. G/L with the black beauty.
