My 98 Maxima came with them. They did last well over 50k, but tire technology has much improved over the last 9 years, would be nice to see better rubber come on the car. What a bread and butter tire for Goodyear, they had them OEM'd on everything from Dodge Neons, to Audi A6's. But that was the late 90's.....

My friend had goodyear RSA's on his grand prix and they were gone in 20,000 miles. I hope these don't wear fast because i drive more aggressive then he does. They should have came with bridgestones like the 18's do.

At the last service on my M35x (25k miles), they said the GY RS-A's were a little more than half gone.

Is the AWD tire is the same as non-sport tire for Canadian G? Can some one let me know what tire comes with the RWD non-sport? I am going to try to do a trade in for a new set of winter tires. I need to find out the brand and model before I call the tire shop tomorrow.

Yes, the non-sport RWD has the same tires as the AWD. They are Goodyear RS-As.

Normally I would say that 18's are a bit past the optimum for weight, but on the G35 the tires are so tall (like 50's in the front) maybe a +1 to 19" would be ok. The key would be the weight of the rim, even 19 is not worth it if the rims weigh more than say 22 lbs. If I had to guess though, even a 19 with low pro's will adversely affect the performance, and offer no bang-for-buck over the 50's that the car comes with.

I can't believe that Infiniti cheaps out on the rubber. At a stop light yesterday I look over and noticed the Jeep Liberty beside me had RS-A's, makes no sense how a Jeep and a G35 have the same tires!

I wanted to trade them in on a set of winter tires and was told they would give me $0 for them as there is no demand for them. You could try the bargain finder, but I think you will get less than you expect!
