Thanks. I didn't get to that point as I tired of so much banter from each fan club.

That statement just reeks of respect, doesn't it?

I agree totally; but you have to admit that if anything, that forum does have some entertainment value

Totally. You can't take stuff like this seriously otherwise you'll drive everyone and yourself crazy.

As an IS350 owner, I just wanted to chime in here and compliment you all for a well run, and mature message board. I enjoy reading these boards from time to time, and just wanted to give credit where credit is due.

I couldn't agree more with what's already been posted. All three of these cars are fantastic machines, and it's best to leave the insults and immaturity to those who plague the internet with their ignorance...

Your kind words are appreciated, Javier. Just like every other board there is some disrespect and bashing on other's opinions every once and awhile. It is bound to happen. I agree with you though...the majority of people on this board are pretty thoughtful and respectful which, in turn, makes new people feel welcome. I've definitely been to BMW/Lexus and even other Nissan/Infiniti boards that are not as coherent. There seems to be a good group of guys/girls here.

Oh! and welcome, btw. I just noticed this is your first post.

Diffcult comparisson
Seems difficult to compare these models when the comparably equiped G is the least expensive by a fairly wide margin. I currently drive an M3 - hard to argue with the fun factor, smooth and adept acceleration and solid handling & braking. However, the interior, although comfortable and ergonomical is very simple. Many basic things don't come stadard, radio stinks, etc. It's also has 'reliability shotcommings'. So it comes down to the 'drive' versus the 'experience'. I could not justify paying for a comparably equipped 335i - here I get a G sport with just about everything and still have a few dollars left in my pocket - this to go along with the fact that it looks great, has plenty of power and many of the little details that I feel are important are covered quite nicely (i.e. integrated componets, voice commanding, countless other goodies). Sure, we can always nitpick about this and that, and that's fair game, but believe me, for all of the 'greatness' of the BMW's, there are still issues that have annoyed me and detract from my enjoyment (especially when the repairs hit your pocket book - and we all know how reasonable the maintenance pricing is on a BMW...).

Agreed. Welcome and enjoy your new G.
