6mt dyno (not official results)

Just got back from motordyne and got some impressive results from the dyno. I don't have the charts (Tony's going to put them up in a few days), but I can say that the 6mt had better results...slightly. Sorry for the tease.

You guys need to dyno the 07 on a dynojet.

Dynopacks are so... well im just not used to them.

I'm not an expert on dynos, but think this should give a pretty good indication of the relative HP / Torque differences between MT and AT since both were done on the same dyno (even though they are a few days apart).

Of course the 6MT will have higher numbers because the torque converter in an auto sucks up some power.

What is the drivetrain loss on the 6mt vs AT? 15 or so for 6mt and maybe 20-22 for AT?

I'll include comparative plots from other vehicles so you can get a relative idea of the performance.

Its hard comparing one dyno to another. Even Dynojet agains Dynojet... They can have big variability from machine to machine all over the nation.

But at least if I can dyno the 07 MT sedan along side a 04 MT sedan (on the same machine), that gives you a much better feel for what the differences are. Regardless of what make of machine is used.
