I've orderd my G 35 Sport w/ Nav + Tech (Platinum Graphite/Graphite) ... should arrive at the end of March - and I have to say ... if it wasn't for this forum ... well, I would have had a lot of disappointments when my car came (as I would end up finding out a whole bunch of stuff I wasn't expecting):

1 - I was going to spend a whole bunch of time making a bunch of MP3 CD's to put in my CD changer (in the trunk), only to find out that the CD Changer in the trunk doesn't play MP3's.

2 - I was going to buy an 8GB Compact Card to store a bunch of music on ... only to find out anything over 4GB is pointless, as the SOW will only recognize the first 512 songs (saved me about $60 - difference between a 4 and 8 GB card).

3 - I bought a NOISE FILTER GROUND LOOP ISOLATOR (yes ... you may be wondering what that is) which will elliminate any "hum" noise heard when hooking my ipod up to the aux ports in the middle console.

I've learned more, but won't list them all.

All I have to say is "thank you".

Mfecko, I'm glad you enjoy your time here. We do have a great bunch of guys here. Hey, I've never owned a G and I'm over a 1000 posts. Hmmmm...anyway, I know that the g won't disappoint when it arrives!

 

Your order sounds like my car, except I went with the stone interior. You're going to love it.

BTW, be sure to check your tire pressure after delivery, mine were set at 40lbs.

 

What are thet supposed to be, 35?

 

33, it's printed on bottom of the driver's door frame.

 

The 'S' has different tires though - it might be different on the Sport model.

 

Either way, when in doubt read the label inside the door and set the tire pressure accordingly.
