Roadside assistance

I saw on the sticker that Infiniti comes with 24 hour roadside assistance. Has anyone made use of this? How good is it?

I had a great experience using them - even better than AAA.
Fast, good follow-up and free.

I had to use it one time when the car went dead. Prob was with the dealer installed alarm upgrade.

My G was on the flatbed within 45 mins of the initial call. I think that time frame is very reasonable. Let's face it, they are not just hanging around to pick up Your car. They use local towing companies and I guess by now they have 'pruned out' the non reliable ones.

My salesman told me the opposite. He said I should just use AAA since I have it as Infiniti contracts out to local tow trucks and they take forever. Fortunately, I haven't had to use either one since I first had an Infiniti in 2003.

I called AAA for a jump - my battery dies at exactly 48 months (!)
And they NEVER showed up - even after 3 follow up calls.
I went and bought a battery trickle charger and they ended up reimbursing me for it.
The very NEXT DAY - I call Infiniti and had a flatbed (since the battery never held the charge) in 30 minutes...
Just one experience I know. But I'll call Infiniti 1st from now on.

That's funny since AAA contracts out to local tow trucks too.

About 3 weeks ago at 9 p.m. my TPMS light went on. After quick walk around, I found that right front tire was almost flat. I called the road assistance. They could not contact anyone from a list of who they deal with on the regular basis in the area, so the guy looked up a company in the Yellow Pages. 30 minutes later a towing truck showed up. 30 more minutes later I was on my way, albeit running on the donut. Paid out of pocket $65, and now am in the process of getting a reimbursement.
Stopped at the dealer the next morning to get it fixed - I found a screw, but they were able to save the tire. Paid $17 for the repair.

Next time will call Infiniti's RA again.
