I don't think I have seen any Serengeti Sand owners post any pictures.

I actually think that it is a nice looking color.

You know, I don't recall one single member here that has purchased SS.

 

I remember someone posting a pic of one though. I can't recall if it was his G, or one he found on the net.

 

There is a poll that was done long ago on color of G35's on the board. I remember 1 SS. I'm not sure who it was.

The G35 has some excellent colors. Serengeti Sand is really pleasing to look at and if I wasn't fixated on Blue Slate,I would have gone for SS in a heartbeat. One of the reasons why I took the G35 over the Acura was I liked the G35 color scheme better. With the ACura TLs, I liked only the white and black. THeir Carbon Grey color looks good when shiny, but I doubt it looks good when old.

 

I've only seen 2 07G's on the road and both were Serengeti Sand.

I'd need to snap some pictures of my SS sport, been planing on doing that long time ago but so lazy. I guess its time now, let me wash i first or leave it dusty?

I dont think I have ever seen one in Serengeti Sand... that pic ^^ looks good though.

 

I've seen 2 or 3 07 G35 in the SS color but the thing is they are both rental cars from Hertz. Maybe Infiniti thinks SS wouldn't sell well so they sold them in bulk to rental car companies.

 

I haven't seen any SS on the road, but there's been a 6MT sport with premium, nav, and spoiler sitting at my local dealer since before I started test-driving the G in mid-Jan.

So it does seem that SS is not popular around here in the SF Bay area, especially in a 6MT. I bet a great deal can be had for that car since it's been sitting on the lot for over 8 weeks!

If it's still there when I go back for my 3750 service, I'll take it for a test drive.
