I not once attacked or belittled anyone innocent on here, I simply called the Mod’s on their rationale and decision making, and now all of a sudden I am the one who is being mocked and ridiculed??? Think about it. I respect everyone on here and all of their respective views and opinions, and someone decides to say, “you know what – you’re not making a lot of sense”, and all of a sudden I’m the one who is patronized for it??? If you all feel I’m out to lunch on this, then I’ll leave it be (and have stated so earlier), but some of you continue to patronize me, so until that stops, I will continue to defend my point. If you want me to leave it, then I suggest you drop it as well.
alright, i care very little about the subject of the initial argument, but i do actually agree that it should be allowed to be discussed openly.

that said, your problem is that you've come off as someone portraying to be a lawyer, when it really doesn't appear to be the case (although i really don't know for sure). lying isn't the best way to get people to listen to you..

and honestly the bottom line is the mods made a decision that some agree with, and some don't. if you have a different point of view on the subject that they may not have considered (like that of a real lawyer), discuss it with them privately via PM and stop trashing other peoples threads (and making me do it, too!).

damn, this place has more drama than the subaru boards, and i didn't know that was possible!

Done.
Sorry didn't say you didn't know anything, I actually partially supported you (the only one here who did). If you are asking for precedent (not precedence as you put in a previous thread), well then your out of luck because I have nothing for you. I'm not an attorney, or am posing as one (pointing finger), I don't even start law school until the fall, so I know only what I've learned from my con law classes in college. Do law schools even use "101" or numbers the way undergrad does?

I don't think modding our car is as easy as "chipping it" it'd most likely be more involved, like a complete ECU swap out.

As for poking sticks at mods, I mod my site and trust me, that's like trying to hold up a gunstore with a knife, it will end very badly for you. Noone cares much for a drama queen.

I created a monster...sorry. With all of the chip jokes, I'm now getting kinda hungry.
Thanks for all of the real feedback though. If anyone hears anything in the future, please post it.
