Interesting. If Infinti wants to sell 49,000 MY07 G Sedans, an average of 4083 will need to be sold over a 12 month period.

November 06, 4229 were sold
December 06, 6544 were sold
January 07 4321 were sold
February 07, 4345 were sold

Looks to me that you are doing a great job meeting Infiniti's projections.

i wish it were that easy. one big problem i'm having is being able to hold a large inventory of all the different ways you can build a '07 G -- AWD, RWD, 6MT, Sport, Premium, Nav, Just Sunroof, Nav Tech, with wood, without wood...and all those colors my head is like this

i'm telilng you i feel like i lose 4083 pieces of hair each day after working a 75 workweek sunday- sunday

Sales for the new Sedan are getting better with each month.

• Sales for Infiniti were up 12.6 percent, with 13,877 units sold, as compared with last March’s 11,886 units.
The all-new G Sedan contributed sales of 6,656 units, up 59.6 percent over last March.

Glad to have contributed 1 to the 6656

Strange ... I still don't see very many on the road and I commute 40 miles a day. And this is in Southern California!

Like Kenny says .. supply is still not enough.

FWIW, I have been hoping to grab one off the secondary market. Very few "used" 2007 G35s to appear yet.

I feel for you Kenny....
For anyone working in sales... what ever you sell, it's never enough.

Kenny - "my units are up 10% & I met my targets "
RSM "That's great... let's see; Next months target = (last month +12%) = here ya go... your new goal is $$$" (bend over)

I was probably the last of the 6566. I walked out of the dealer with mine at 11:50 Saturday night!

i sold 29 units last month and the dealership sold 164 cars -- it was funny us having 2 truck load of '07 G35's come to our dealership straight into the prep department and out onto the road. in the last weekend we have about 30 new G35 sedans driving away.

Yeah, japanese car companies and even the korean companies are doing rather well. I think both honda and toyota are outselling GM and nissan is outselling ford (but not GM) for the last couple of quarters.

The new G sedan is on fire! I can see only good things for Infiniti in the future. The G coupe and EX are sure to be hits. When the FX is redesigned, it should compete well. All Infiniti needs is a new Q and we're all set.

I also noticed that in the first quarter of 2006, the Infiniti G 35 Sedan outsold the Coupe 1.88 to 1. In the first quarter of 2007, the Infiniti G 35 Sedan outsold the Coupe 5.12 to 1. Apparantly, a lot of people are waiting for the G37. In the first quarter of 2007, the G35 Sedan accounted for 62.3% of all Infiniti car sales, and the Altima accounted for 54.9% of all Nissan car sales.
