Like Kenny says .. supply is still not enough.
Same, I don't see that many on the road at all, but there's now 3 in my parking lot at work.

Thanks for posting that up Mike, I just merged your thread into this one so I hope you don't mind.

March, sales up 59.6%
April, sales up 71.9%

As Kenny said, if infiniti is busting their asses about sales, then it's time to throw in some incentives this month! make it a record breaking month.

In april, lexus sold 6500 ES and 4300 IS. How is infiniti gonna catch up??

Everyone else is offering incentives, even acura.

I'm in the market for a g35. so now is the time for low apr and hidden factory-dealer incentives!! come on infiniti!!!!$#(@$I
Give us 10% off. These rebadged nissans shouldn't cost that much.

I would bet incentives are not far away with 08 sedan models soon coming... help clear off the lots of old inventory. Especially if that b00ger comes with the 3.7, as we all know it should.

Seems pretty good, too bad Nissan is down. Maybe 350Z buyers are buying G's or holding out for the NISMO Z? Maybe Nissan should hurry up with the second gen Altima SE-R or coupe!

Nissan –14% at 61,179 (4/06: 77,102)
Nissan North America –11% at 71,124 (4/06: 86,720)
P.S the - means negative...

the Z and R cars are not the bread n butter models. even if they sold a few more of them, it would hardly erase the 11% sales downturn.

As they are priced, the G offers an excellent value.

Compare pricing with any other sporty sedan with the kind of tech goodies you get (esp in a Tech/Nav car) and you'll know what I mean.

Go see what the "active" cruise option costs in the the 3 series !!

Infiniti doesn't have to catch up as they are already ahead. The G Sedan's competitor is the IS and the M's competitor is the GS300. I don't have April's numbers for the GS, but here is March's numbers.

GS 300 - 1,908 units sold
IS 250/350 - 5,077 units sold

M - 2,768 units sold
G Sedan - 6,656 units sold

Sorry if this was already stated, but don't you think it's a bit of a unfair to compare the sales of a outgoing G with a brand new G. I think the 07 to 08 sales will be a more fair comparision.

I see an '07 Sedan every day now, maybe two, most was three in one day.
And if the guy driving his tinted Platinum G35s up I-5 in Sac a week ago is on this board, what was up with that twisted, sadistic smile?!

I do see a lot more of 07 G35 now than last year when it just came out. There is one at my work and he parks right next to me (just to tick me off I guess ). I also see quite a few more M on the road too.
