OP, how many miles do you drive per day? that 27 mpg sounds like instant mpg.

what brand and octane are you guys with those good numbers using? I'm at 3800miles and was getting 16mpg until my oil change then it was 14+ *sigh* And all this time, it was on 93 Mobil/Shell.
I wonder if we have learnable fuel mapping logic in the Gs. Anyone knows how I can reset/restart the mapping?

maybe our problem is using 93? it seems like your first couple of tanks determines what u'll be ranging at... all those 20+mpg started off with 18. Mine is pretty close to yours... I started off around 13-14. Pure highway, Although I see 20, once I'm off the highway, its down to 18. One thing I did notice is that everytime I start the car before I go out, mpg drops 0.2.

i don't understand. you are quoting instant mpg.
you said you only get 14-16 mpg. yet the computer says 20-18.
who is right? are you doing your own calculations with total miles/total gallons purchased?
