07 or 08 Sport Sedan?

I am new here, been lurking for a while and liking the new G. Does anyone know if there are going to be any changes to the 08 model? I am trying to wait until August or September but all the nice rides on here are making it difficult.

Assuming that there will be any changes or improvements, it will probably be minimal at best.

I hope the '08 has a better chrome front grill and intelligent key fob.

I agree with Mr Ryte...if the 08 has any changess they will be negligible. I expect a better key fob but I doubt the grill will be any different.

The changes that I have heard is that the 08 MY will include full iPod integration and a revised 6MT that is supposed to reduce NVH. Take it with a grain of salt.

Getting an 07 that late in the year might be difficult... you probably won't be able to build your own and you will have to end up with dealer stock. That means maybe the Sport model will be hard to find, or maybe the equipment or colors you want might not be available.

You might luck out, but when the time comes you might not have a choice and you'll have to end up building an 08 to get what you want, and then you're gonna have to wait for it.

i would like to say no changes, besides better finish on chrome grill, better key fob, better glue on sunroof finishing, and better heated seats. Other than that any other change would make me extrememly jealous so im hoping for no major changes

However as Garnet Canuck stated a full ipod integration would be cool. Also if they changed the software on the music box and a way to update the Navi easier.

i read in a review of the SOW that the 08 will have switchable time delay on the system to allow for driver-preferred imaging. i wish i had that.

Any new MY car would have a bit more features ..... that waiting game is endless and pointless to play.

If the 07 has the features you want, get it now and go out and drive it !!! Plus you *may* get a bettter deal on a 07 closer to the end of the MY.

Of course the 2010 model would have a better engine blah blah - would you wait ???

You shouldn't... the 2011 comes with a dude that lives in the trunk to help you with carpooling.

And the 2012 model will probably come with special paint so you don't have to worry... it could be black one day, white the next!

And if you're gonna wait that long you might as well wait for the flying model which is just a few years away from that.

Odd... did they discontinue this feature on the '07?

My '06 came with a Trunk Monkey to serve this purpose, and many more...
