I saw a red porsche at Stop-Tech with giagantic red calipers all the way around. I thought it looked very sporty. Time for a PS request for red calipers on GE!

Yeah, a PS would definitely help. I've got zero PS skills but if anyone wants to play around with this pic be my guest.

Red calipers sounds good with the white infiniti and mt fuji decals. When my decals come in i'm going to see what they look like unpainted with the caliper and if I don't like it I'll paint them gloss sliver and use the decals. I've already brought stillen sidesills and had them painted, LED side markers and these decals I don't want to spend any more money on car modds for a couple months now.

..might just use Logos only.

Unless we upgrade the brake, our calipers are too small for text decal. I even doubt if we could stick the logo to the rear calipers. Right? wrong?

I have seen a post on here where some one had decals on the stock calipers. I believe they may have been selling them as well. I can't seem to find it by searching however.

Found it.

The back calipers are too small but the logo would fit on the back. The script and logo would fit on the front. The front calipers are about 2 inches longer than the lettering, therefore it's up to you. The front capliper are shaped like the letter "E" and the logo could go below the lettering on the middle tab of the letter E. I plan to file off the casting lines, paint silver with Dupli Color caliper paint (I think it's called) put on the decals then use a high temp dupli color clear over the top. I tried on a scrap piece of metal and it goes on nicely and covers well with a nice semi gloss finish.

OK, here is a really stupid question. I have a hydraulic jack and have used it on this car several times, but now the dumb question. Where can I place a jack stands under this car? I wanted to paint my calipers two at a time. I’d hate to spend four evenings painting my calipers one at a time.

Thanks..

Just for you GC - sorry, it's not wonderful but the resolution on the pic wasn't that great. And is Garnet Ember really more candy apple red than regular red?

EDIT>>> Now this is interesting - thought I would hate it on my car, but hmmm...

Thanks for the PS on my G. I am still undecided on whether I should paint them or not.
