We're talking about 2 engines that are nearly identical installed in 2 cars using virtually the same platform. Just compare the engine compartment in the coupe and sedan. They are virtually identical.

Don't believe anything you read about the VQ37 not being able to fit the sedan. It will fit with absolutely no problems. It's a matter of when Infiniti decides to add the engine.

If anything...i would be pissed if they added the all view monitor system like in the EX to the g35...would love to have it, even though the rear view is great. I love being lazy...haha

Hey...

I didn't read ALL messages, but most. For the record, I just got a 08 Journey with sport, navi, prem, etc.. The G35(S) tag is on this package.

I thought it might be something that my dealer was doing, but not according to them...If you get the Sport package added to the G35, the G35S badge is included. I realize this is such a minor thing, but thought I'd throw it out there.

FWIW

Does anyone know why the EPA rating dropped 2 mpg on the '08? I see the sticker reads 17/24 while the '07 reads 19/26. Maybe improved testing? (sorry if this is already here, it's late, and I didn't want to read through the whole thread)

17/24 is a much better realworld number.I get anywhere between 15 and 20mpg on the street, and 20 and 25mpg(closer to 25) on the highway.

One thing wnat to see( in a few months) is the condition of the front bumper paint on 08' cars. I hope that has improved.
