$172.50 Shipped out side of CA in the Lower 48 US States

When I spoke to my dealer he said that there was going to be a TSB regarding the grille. It just hasn't been released yet. They replaced mine free of charge though (and will replace it again when the TSB is released)

I had my grill replaced by Infiniti of Charlotte with no questions asked. We'll see if they will be willing to replace it if and when an updated grill comes out.

who has the least amt of miles on their car with damage to it? B/c i have roughly 2000 miles on my G and i don't have a single rock chip yet. The roads down here are pretty bad and i know i get stuff kicked up on me all the time, but besides bugs on my front bumper i really don't have any chips on the hood/bumper/grill.

I've had my car a month and so far no chips. I do remember reading about this issue though and gladly opted for the $300 exterior protection plan so if anything gets any chips or small dents in it, it is replaced or repaired free of charge.

I remember specifically asking if that included damage to the grill.

Did you buy at IOC? When I started this thread they were ordering the weather stripping to replace it on my car, I have left 2 voice mails and still have not heard back from them. Just like when I originally scheduled it a week out so they had time to already get these parts in, including the grill to fix it all the first time. They royally suck! The sales dept is just as bad, I beat their price by over $4k on my car.

I'll probably wait for a better one or an aftermarket one.. no rock chips yet but i have water spots which was already there when i picked it up, showed it to dealer and they told me to bring it back to get a full detail (got my car on a sunday) i didn't even bother going back and just did it myself, they do a crappy job anyways

I tried at Kirkland and was told this was normal wear and tear.

Now they are selling warranties for our plastic grill? Sorry, but that's rediculous to give them money for something that absolutely should be covered under warranty. I had my front bumper repainted twice for paint chips, my seat replaced due to a defective seat bolster, bottom door trim that cracked, rearview mirror (twice replaced) for rattles and 3 sets of tires that were all paid for by dealer due to premature wear. I don't think it's right to give them money for a warranty that we already have from the manufacturer.

You should file a complaint with Infiniti Consumer Relations. I intend to file one if they deny my request.

I am glad I bought out of CA. With the profit they rake in here in WA the least they could do is offer up a grill for a customer who purchased the car at the dealership such as yourself.

Here are some steps from SM.

EDIT 1: Third picture is CO-14 listed in pic 1.

EDIT 2: Two PDF deal with radiator core support.

Not sure how much or little of these instructions are needed to actually remove the grill.
