iPhone delay when answering calls
I know it's been mentioned here, but with the iPhone in a G35x without Nav, when someone calls me, the bluetooth disconnects for 5 seconds and reconnects before I am able to answer my phone. By this time, some people hang up already. I saw on the Internet someone mentioned to have ATT increase the number of rings before it goes to my phone, not sure if that helps.
Anyone else experience this and have any viable workarounds?
Anyone else using the Iphone in the aux port as an Mp3 player yet?

Having same issue, when phone rings if i can answer call during the first ring it seems to answer ok, but if i answer after first ring it connects and the drops for a few seconds and the reconnects. my friends are patient thankfully but is still kinda annoying. never heard of the ATT request before not sure how that would help?

Interesting - just got my iPhone a few days ago, and this happened to me too. No issues making calls, just when they are received...?
Did some research on everythingiphone.com - sure enough, known issue with bluetooth in vehicles (more than just the G). I figure my friends will learn to just wait when I answer the phone...
Supposedly if you catch the phone on the first ring, this doesn't happen?

A little nice feature of the Bluetooth with the Iphone is..if your in the car on the bluetooth in the G35 and you pop open your Bluetooth Headset (I have a Motorola H700), the call automatically switches to the headset. This is great when your in the car and want to have a private conversation. No fumbling around with buttons or anything, it automatically transfers over. The only bad thing is once your done with the conversation, you have to re-initiate the Bluetooth connection with the G35 by either turning the car off and on, or by going into Bluetooth setup and connecting through there manually. I've had about 4 phones in the last 4 months, Blackberry 8300 Curve, 8700, and also SamSung Blackjack and the iPhone Bluetooth transfer feature is a great thing to have for privacy!
