Nate is excellent. I bought my car from him ('07 G35S prem/nav/tech) and got a great deal. I didn't get anywhere the kind of deal people are getting now, but I bought my car when the '07s were brand new (11/06).

I will never ever bring my car to Bloomington Infiniti for service again (PM me if you want details) but next time I need an Infiniti, I will not hesitate to look up Nate for a deal.

Awesome negotiating. What are your prices pre-tax? Or how much under invoice are the offers?

Just out of curiosity's sake, I did some rough estimates:

$32300 + $1k loyalty comes to $33300
$33300 - 3% VA taxes - $100 license/doc is $32230
Edmunds shows invoice of $33595 for G35 J/prem/wood/splash/net
So net under invoice is about $33595-$32230= -$1365, so that's a good portion of the $2k factory incentive they had left to provide the maintenance/service perks

I did identical calcs for the G35X version and it came out to be -$1129 under invoice, so the Journey is a touch better in terms of pricing.

I am currently located in Orange County, CA.
Infiniti Tustin is where I got the car from.
If you want to know which sales rep I got it from, ask me.

Yeah. I estimate the perks to be worth no more than $400/$500. I also got them to waive 50% doc fees. So the OTD is $32,150.

Thanks to everyone's great advice here, especially tiblot, I just brought home a G35 with nav and wood for $2300-$2600 under invoice (hard to estimate given the unwanted accessories), not to mention the loyalty cash.

There are definitely deals to be had, so push hard!

i am shopping for a 08 journey base in orlando/tampa and the dealers wont touch the prices you guys are quoting here. they are still 1000 over edumunds invoice. i refrenced some of the deals quoted in this thread and they are telling me they are impossible. they have told me if i can provide proof of these deals that they would figure out how these other dealerships are doing this and match it. they prommised to hand deliver the car to my house without me coming back in.

bottom line here is i am looking for someone who got a 08 2300-2600 under invoice to fax me there final sales sheet so i can make the dealership eat there words. i know taxes between states and options will make a difference but i can figure that out later. obviously i am not looking for anyones personal information you can black that out all i need is the numbers. i would be willing to send someone some $$$ through paypal if the person who helps me out results in me coming home with a new g.

feel free to pm me

I find it hard to believe that if you provide proof that somehow they can match this rediculously cheap deal they supposedly can't give you now. LOL have you tried a different dealership?

LAUGH and WALK AWAY!

You're saying that their best offer is $1000 over invoice?? Does that INCLUDE the $2000 Manufactuere to Dealer cash going on right now?? OMG that's basically the dealership selling you that car for OVER MSRP as far as they're concerned...HORRIBLE deal...I would just leave and not even talk to them again...tell them they obviously are out to waste your time and aren't taking you seriously as an educated consumer. Remember even with Manufacturer to Dealer cash, that DOES NOT come out of the dealer's pocket. You should be aiming for NO HIGHER than $500 OVER invoice BEFORE the $2000 dealer cash.

Jason
both dealerships are saying the 2000 cash is not available with the the .9% financing for five years that expires on 8/2/08. i finally got tampa to agree to do the car at invoice with 1000 cash to customer at .9% for 5 years so basically 1000 under invoice
g35 journey white/stone
options include illuminated kick plates (yes they are really on there)
cargo net
splash guards
edumunds invoice - 31322
- 1000 cash to customer
+ tax tag and doc fee
2193 + 125 + 500
otd = 33140

should i take this deal?
