I'm due back in a few weeks...as soon as the part comes in.
I'll let you know how it goes.

BTW, I got a survey by email after my visit and I was honest in my reply.
I asked the tech to take me along if they test drove my car - they didn't.
I asked them NOT to wash my car - they did.
3 1/2 hours in the waiting room with no updates.
They gave me new fobs, but programmed them incorrectly and handed back my old ones.
and the list goes on...

The Service Manager called me like 5 minutes after I submitted the survey and left me a voicemail.
I haven't called back yet, but it's clear that they take those surveys very seriously.

I have a clunk from the right, rear wheel when I hit a bump on the highway. It's like a loud "THUD" when the right, rear tire hits the bump and that side moves up and down. It only happens on a specific couple of bumps on this particular highway.

Do you think my rear sway bar is in rough shape?

I also heard a clunky noise from coming from the back, but just assumed that I hit a bad stretch of highway and have a lot of crap in my trunk all the time. Usuallly, I don't listen for these noises as I have the satellite going, but will empty my trunk and see if I can recreate it. Am curious to know how it works out with the sway bar.

Emptied my trunk and drove through the same stretch of highway this morning. No clunky noises heard.

I had an experience where I heard noises also but not exactly from the back. After chechink it turned out to be a small piece of rock between my exhaust and shield. try checking that
