Well, I did figure out that my wife was sitting her school teacher bag on the passenger seat when she was driving to school in morning. Of course, no seat belt fastened with the weight in the seat. The PS air bag light came on and started/continued to blink all the way to school. Even continued to do it afterwards when someone in the PS seat and belt fastened. Last time (first time) this happened I took it in to the dealer and of course they couldn't find any codes or faults. They must have reset it as the light was out when I go the car back.
Anyway, used the manual procedure to get the blinking air bag light to quit blinking.
Turned car on and as soon as the air bag light started blinking I shut off car. Waited over 3 seconds.

Then when I turned car on again, light was not on after the 7 seconds it is normally on.
