Are you planning on being the first? If so, post pics, I'm sure a lot of people would be interested..
wow! awesome! thanks for the quick response! that look amazing! I'm surprised more owners aren't doing that...I think the Chrome looks a bit tacky...

I dunno, to each his own; I'm not feeling the paint, think it looks better as chrome. Adds something a lil' different to the car.Originally Posted by wbfl

I believe the chrome lip is actually a nice touch, IMO of course. It flows well with the chrome outer trim of the windows.

Good find guys.
When I first ordered my car I thought the chrome looked out of place and cheap. Now it has grown on me. I think it looks okay on the lighter coloured cars since it blends in , but I still think it is an eyesore on darker colours where it really stands out. It would look much better painted on those cars.

Actually, I found the chrome on the G35 Sedan and the G37 to be quite unattractive, OK I'll go so far as to say fugly, but that's just my opinion. I saw the painted piece a while ago and really liked it. IMO, a great idea. The next step I guess, would be to mold it in. Then it wouldn't look like an add on anymore.
If I were in the market for an '08, I would not get the spoiler, and would paint the chrome piece, but that's just me.

I agree, if it has the spoiler, the chrome has to go, IMHOOriginally Posted by lowrider
