I have a NON-NAV G35... So just to be clear, if I pull out the existing XM module and replace it with the SIRIUS which is shown on this web site http://www.grubbsperformance.com/servlet/Detail?no=2905 I will be able to retain the factory antena and full control with the stock head unit?

That is correct. Should take no more then 15-20 minutes to install.

Well as it turns out, it would seem that you cannot swap SIRIUS for XM in they 08 model. I spoke with someone at Grubbs Performance and it would seems Infiniti / Nissan have a contract agreement with XM ... and because of this, the SIRIUS SAT. module that can be purchased is incompatible with the current XM one .. hence no swap possible.

You could put SIRIUS in your car, however, if you had a HD or CD CHANGER in the trunk .. as I believe if would either replace one of them or attach to it (not quite sure)

Oh well, I guess I will have to be patient until the fruites of the MERGE become available.

Infiniti is wrong, and Grubbs is just repeating what they know. I talked to Buckley (something) at Grubbs and sent him all the info on how to install it in an 08 with Nav (which is why they say it can be done by replacing the CD changer). However there are several people with 08 G35 and G37 without nav that have also done the swap. If you don't believe me, and I wouldn't blame you...I didn't believe the first guy that told me it worked when Grubbs / Infiniti told me it wouldn't, then at least read up a bit more on here and the myg37 site and PM some of the guys that actually got it working on non-nav G's. The merger will bring almost nothing to those using the built in receivers (slated for 11 Sirius channels of THEIR choosing for $4 more a month). If you really want Sirius, this is still the only option. Good luck.
