I am planning to go to my regular mechanic who takes care of my old car. He would do everything including parts for < 150$.
Is there anything that I have worry about in terms of warranty or is it fine as long as I keep all the documentation?

This is a pathetic case of the blind leading the blind. You all need to read your manuals, and stop soliciting the internet for advice. You don't bring an Infiniti to Nissan for service, you either bring it to Infiniti or you take responsibility for the work being done yourself. That means not passing off the list as 'just inspections' but doing the work yourself or making sure the work is done. Sure, some dealerships charge too much, but you do far more damage by throwing up your hands and saying 'screw it, I'm not doing any more than an oil & filter change, because the rest of the list are just inspections'. Cleaning the air filters instead of replacing them? Give me a break. Dings instead of required maintenance? Give me a break. RTFM.

In Japan your precious Infiniti is a nothing Nissan.

If I were blind, I would just go and sign up for a 500$ service at infiniti.
The mechanic that I go to for my old car is very experienced, trustworthy and I have known him for quite a while. Most of the time, he does the job in front of me. I will get all the inspections done and document that.
What I don't understand is the parts would cost < 75$. Supposing it's a 2 hour labor, its more than 200$/hour.
People argue that if you can afford to buy the car, you should be able to afford the 500$ maintenance. To me its not about affordability but about fairness.
Thanks for the forum. Appreciate your answers.
