New owner- how to I get the analog clock backlight on? Brake vibration?
Mine looks like the photo above. But I notice that in the pictures on the Infiniti web site and in the brochure the lighting for the clock has a blue tint rather than white. Anybody have a blue light for the clock in their car, or are they all white?
There is some good reading on brake warp here:

Yes they are all Ice blue backlit, along with the 07&08 purple, red, and white insturment panel,, the 03 thru 06's were amber and red... quite poss the best lighted dash, and most handsome insturments in almost all cars...
I confirmed they (the clock and the ring around the navigation controller dial) do light up when it's dark and the auto-lights go on. However, in the daytime when I turned the lights fully on manually, I could not tell they were on at all becuase of the sunlight. I'd think they'd glow brighter like the dash gauge cluster. Oh well, might be better next week when I get tint.
I def. feel the brakes are strange and will take back to the dealer- think I might have warped rotors or something. Vibration noticeable on almost all stops or even slowing down from say 35-20, so that's not right.
If I'm taking it in, do you know if there are any dealer service level adjustments (electronic or mechanical) they can do to reduce power steering assist? I feel like I'd like it to be a little "tighter" but didn't know if anything can be done about that? I'm sure I'll get used to it. Loving the car overall!

The rotors were a big enough problem on the 5th gen Maximas that Nissan issued a TSB on them. I hope I don't have the same issues with the G.
